We are seeking candidates for freelance, interim, and permanent roles across various tender and proposal-related functions, including:
Tender Coordinators - Manages the end-to-end tender process, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions are complete and compliant.
Proposal Engineers - Translates technical solutions into compelling proposals, working closely with engineering and commercial teams.
Estimators - Prepares accurate cost estimates based on project specifications, timelines, and resource requirements.
Tender Administrators - Provides administrative support throughout the tender process, including document management and coordination.
Tender Managers - Leads the tender strategy, oversees proposal development, and ensures alignment with client expectations.
Senior Proposal Managers - Manages complex bids, mentors junior team members, and drives proposal quality and competitiveness.
Head of Tendering - Oversees the entire tendering function, sets strategic direction, and ensures continuous improvement across bidding processes.
As a Tender Professional, you may be involved in:
Coordinating with internal teams such as engineering, finance, and legal
3+ years of experience in tendering, bid management, or proposal development, preferably in technical or project-driven industries.
~ Familiarity with offshore, maritime, energy, or civil infrastructure sectors is highly valued.
~ Ability to interpret technical specifications, project scopes, and contractual requirements.
~ Strong understanding of pricing strategies, risk assessment, and financial modeling.
~ Dutch fluency preferred; English required.
