Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) within their assigned region.
Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities and secure orders, including adjacent industries.
* Prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems.
* Represent the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
* Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to execute regional strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* You have a Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* You possess a strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* You are skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
* You have a strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities.
