To further advance the digital transformation in municipal administration, we are looking for you as an Application Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on CRM / ERP / DMS Join our IT management team on a full-time basis, working from home or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr region – and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions! This will be your job As an expert in the design and further development of our IT systems, you will play a central role in our team. Your diverse tasks will include: You will work on the further development of our new CRM system based on CAS genesisWorld. You will also take on tasks in related areas such as ERP (Vemas) or DMS (d.velop). You will coordinate and manage projects, both internally and with external partners. You will determine the requirements for the CRM system (as well as other specialist applications) together with colleagues from the respective departments, then implement these requirements and communicate the changes to users. You will document the systems used and maintain the process manual. You will support our internal users with your technical knowledge in the selection and use of our internal tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, DMS). You will also be available to answer questions from our external customers who use our services. You will not only perform troubleshooting and patch/release management, but also take the initiative to drive continuous improvement. You will play a key role in the consolidation and automation of internal IT processes and help to ensure that our systems operate at the highest level. What we are looking for You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics or training as an IT specialist with business management content, or you have a comparable qualification. You have initial professional experience in supporting critical applications and systems (ideally CRM, alternatively also ERP or DMS) in a medium-sized company or at an IT service provider. You have experience in supporting internal specialist procedures, automation (scripting), and operational monitoring. Ideally, you have knowledge of RestApi, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL. You are highly committed, service-oriented, independent, structured in your work, and enjoy communicating. Ideally, you have project management experience and have already gained initial experience in requirements management.
