Key Responsibilities
This position requires full presence (30-40hrs a week) in our Cologne office in central location at Rheinauhafen / Diese Position erfordert volle Präsenz in unserem Kölner Büro in zentraler Lage im Rheinauhafen.
HR Tasks
* Supporting the talent attraction process, ATS management, first screenings and hosting case studies.
* Taking care of the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues in Germany.
* Responsibility for administrative processes such as managing benefits.
* Organisation of trainings and workshops.
* Preparation of contractual documents for individual personnel measures in Germany for our internal employees, as well as Freelancers.
* Responsibility for mailbox management.
* Support of the HR team in research, administrative and operational tasks.
Office Management Tasks
* General office organisation - from reception and answering the central telephone to receiving and sending mail.
* Purchase management, to ensure that our office is always fully equipped.
* Coordination of facility management (organisation and coordination of tradesmen's work, coordination with the property management) in our office at the Rheinauhafen.
* Responsibility for company-wide scheduling, the travel booking system, as well as for supporting our management's and employees' appointments.
* Planning and organisation of events and functions for our employees down to the last detail, with a great deal of passion.
Your Profile
* You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration or a similar field and have some initial practical experience.
* You are a people person and have already worked, or are deeply interested in the HR function.
* You have a strong customer and service orientation, and organisational skills.
* You work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner.
* You have a real desire to immerse yourself in new topics, help shape change and at the same time attach importance to details.
* Your German and English skills are excellent, so that you can communicate very well with our colleagues from over 20 nations.
