By working as one team, we ensure that the world stays in motion – today and for the challenges of tomorrow.The Head of Finance leads all financial operations for the Turkish subsidiary, ensuring sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic support for business growth.Key responsibilitiesDeep expertise in financial management within an international, multi-currency environmentIn-depth understanding of Turkey’s regulatory and tax frameworkStrong knowledge of IFRS, Turkish GAAP, corporate taxation, and treasury operationsResolves complex financial challenges, such as cash flow constraints and cost overrunsDesigns and implements financial strategies including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization to drive business goalsPartners with DEUTZ headquarters to establish and maintain a standardized financial reporting frameworkReports financial results, forecasts, and KPIs to the regional head and DEUTZ Corporate FinanceManages relationships with external stakeholders—banks, auditors, and tax authorities—and negotiates financing and compliance issuesEnsures timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and statutory complianceLeads, develops, and manages the finance team to foster a high-performance cultureAligns financial processes with DEUTZ Group policies and supports strategic business prioritiesQualifications :Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of financial experience in an international corporate environmentSolid expertise in financial reporting under IFRS and Turkish GAAP, as well as in corporate tax planning and treasury operationsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills; proficient in ERP systems and advanced ExcelProven ability to make sound decisions and solve problems in high-pressure situationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsNative-level Turkish and fluent English required; German is an advantageAre you looking for a varied and exciting job in a collegial team with an attractive salary and ideal working conditions?
