We are seeking a sales professional who can drive growth and achieve key performance indicators within their assigned region.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue.
* Secure orders from existing and new customers, including adjacent industries.
* Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
* Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems.
* Represent the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
* Collaborate with global teams to execute regional strategy.
Requirements
* A Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills for building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
* Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willing to travel internationally as required.
