Consultandeducateclientsthroughtheirperformancejourney:aligngoals,right-sizeexpectations, andcreatepragmaticroadmapsandcampaignplans. BuildchannelmixesandmediaplanstiedtoclearKPIs;runstructuredA/Btests(audience,creative,placements) andfeedlearningsbacktostrategyandcreativeteams. Managebudgetsandvendor/partnerrelationshipstosupportintegratedprograms. Own social/contentanalyticsfor(mostly)organiccontent(e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) andownedweb:defineKPIframeworks,contenttaxonomies, andbenchmarksthattietobusinessoutcomes. Buildandmaintainautomated, reliabledashboards(LookerStudio/Data Studio; GA4; Sheets/Excel; Power BI/Tableau a plus)withweekly/monthly/quarterlycadencesandcrispexecutivereadouts. Establishandenforcedatahygiene: UTMstandards,taggingconventions,pixel/GTM QA, andprivacy-awaremeasurementpractices. Translatecomplexdataintoclearnarratives andnextstepsfornon-technicalstakeholders; turninsightsintocontent/creativebriefsandtestplans. Run andevaluateexperimentsbeyondpaid(formatmix,hooks/thumbnails,postingcadence,timing,creatorvs.brandposts);documentlearningsandrollouts. Createreportingtemplates/playbooks, track SLAs, andcontinuouslyimprovehowwecollect,visualize, andcommunicateperformance. Multidisciplinary & other (≈10%) Co-shapecreativecontentstrategywithstrategy/creativeteams;developinsights-drivenbriefsandeditorialguidancefororganicsocial. Contributetoadjacentlifecyclework(email/CRM)whenneededandhelpconnectinsightsacrossthefunnel. PartnerwithUX/design ondata-informedwireframes/flows;instrumentmeasurementandrecommendimprovementstoreducefriction. What we'd love to see 6–8yearsin digitalmarketingwithhands‑onpaidmediaexperienceandstrong social/contentanalyticschops(agencybackgrounda plus). Fluencyin adplatforms(Meta/Google/TikTok/Pinterest), GA4, and Google Tag Manager;you’recomfortableauditingpixels/conversions. Strongdashboardingskills(LookerStudiorequired; Power BI/Tableau a plus) andadvancedExcel/Sheets;basicSQLorPythonforanalysisisa nice-to-have. ProvenexperiencebuildingKPIframeworks,contenttagging/taxonomies, and UTMgovernance;youcareaboutdataqualityandconsistency. Abilitytoeducateandinfluenceless-matureclients:clearstorytelling,workshopfacilitation, andtheconfidencetosetrealisticplansand push backgracefully. Cross-disciplinarycollaborationwithstrategy,creative, and design;youcanturninsightsintobriefsandexperimentsthatteamsactuallyuse. FamiliaritywithUX/CROpracticesandlanding-pagediagnostics;bonuspointsforOOH/DOOHplanningand simple offline-to-onlinemeasurement. Curiousand experiment-minded;youdesigntests,measureincrementalitywherefeasible, andsunsetweakideasquickly. Awarenessofplatformandprivacychanges(e.g., iOS/ATT,cookiedeprecation, GDPR) andtheirmeasurementimplications. Fluencyin German and English. We care about your personality and professional skills.
