We are seeking a highly motivated and well experienced Shop Manager (m/w/d) for our Online Shops in USA, Canada and Australia. In this role, you will be responsible, together with the local teams, for the successful execution of our e-commerce growth strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for our consumer. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and optimizing our online presence in these countries.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop together with local teams and your Teamlead growth potential plans and implement initiatives to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and user experience.
2. Support the local Content Teams with content adaptation and realization.
3. Manage the eShop on a daily base to ensure a best-in-class experience for our consumers.
4. Manage e-commerce related projects, from inception to completion.
5. Define project scope, goals, and requirements.
6. Analyze different data to identify opportunities for business growth
Qualifications:
7. 5+ years of proven experience in the e-commerce environment and Project Management Experience, emphasis on UX/UI knowledge.
8. A strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including website optimization to improve consumer experience.
9. Excellent knowledge and experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Content Management Systems
10. Willingness to travel
11. Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken, is essential.
