Your responsibilities will include the design, implementation, and maintenance of clinical interfaces using modern healthcare integration technologies, as well as managing customer implementations and ensuring SLA compliance. Your Responsibilities: Leading international project teams and providing technical oversight of integration projects Design, implementation, and operation of clinical interfaces using HealthShare, Ensemble, IRIS for Health, and/or Infor Cloverleaf Architectural and design responsibility for HL7-, FHIR-, and IHE-based integration solutions Further development of the service and solution portfolio through new technologies, PoCs, and innovative services Overseeing customer implementations, including SLA management and stakeholder communication Defining technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines Analyzing complex requirements in clinical data exchange, as well as error analysis and performance optimization Ensuring compliance with data protection, security, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector Your profile: Degree in computer science, health informatics, or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of experience with healthcare integration platforms (e.g., HealthShare, Ensemble, IRIS for Health, or Cloverleaf) In-depth knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare standards, as well as experience in developing clinical interfaces Understanding of clinical workflows and EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts) Experience in the technical leadership of projects or teams in an international environment Knowledge of modern technologies and architectures such as REST APIs, cloud, microservices, or DevOps/CI-CD is a plus Certifications in InterSystems/Cloverleaf as well as knowledge of other standards such as DICOM or SNOMED are a plus Analytical, structured, and independent work style as well as strong communication skills What we offer you: At Fresenius Medical Care, there is much to discover, no matter what your area of expertise or how much experience you bring - all in the service of your professional development.
