Ensure Marriott brand standards and operational procedures are followed at all times. Lead innovation projects and implement new ideas to elevate guest experience. Strong financial and commercial acumen; ability to drive top‑line and GOP results. Hands‑on leader with excellent operational knowledge across all departments. Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Strong understanding of lifestyle hotel operations and the Moxy / Lifestyle segment. Strong relationship‑building ability particularly with local partners like Outletcity Metzingen. Team‑oriented motivational leadership style. C1 level in both English and German. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced guest‑focused environment.
