Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client Airbus Operations you act as Customer Resolution Specialist (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.
Your responsibilities:
- Participate in and contribute to a high performing cross functional Customer Account Support Team and Customer Resolution Services Team
- Responsible and proactive management of the customer specific open order book
- Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction through industry leading quick response times as well as qualified responses to all customer requests
- Handle quotations and customer orders pertaining to the products including timely
- Follow up on quotations, claims and orders in accordance with KPIs
- Maintenance of customer records
- Drive customer satisfaction by providing high quality responses to all customer related requests for spare parts and related services
- Maintenance and development of the customer service quality level
- Directly contribute to the increase in customer satisfaction and enhance internal and external communication
- Support organisation in securing on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
- Train and Support our customers in using our e-commerce platforms
- Participate in back-up arrangements in support of absence by other Customer Resolution Specialists
- Participate in periodic functional and cross-functional activities (e.g. projects, meetings etc)
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable
- Professional experience in the fields disposition, customer service and/or logistics
- Shipping or aviation knowledge is an advantage
- Good knowledge in SAP and Google Workspace
- High proficiency in English
- Language skills in German are a plus
