Area of responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility within the distribution channels
2. Utilize deep understanding of retail KPIs, consumer journeys, retail needs and restrictions to tailor permanent brand spaces & displays as well as marketing initiatives for the physical point of sale
3. Lead the evolution of our shop-in-shop and branded area program in regards to strategy, hardware, content, maintenance/updates and processes
4. Gather product, campaign, and sales input for launches, and create specific briefings for tool creation (windows, POS displays, activations, etc)
5. Manage the creation process to meet defined KPIs, including timeline and budget
6. Drive technical development and prototyping within budget, collaborating with internal and external partners
7. Collaborate with International Marketing to optimize brand and product presentation globally
8. Maintain close alignment with category Marketing teams to ensure consistency with category objectives as well as regularly visit points of sale to enhance expertise and gain on-the-ground experience
9. Assist in establishing and managing global online Trade Marketing standards, processes, and content
Profile of qualification:
10. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
11. Minimum of 4 years of relevant international work experience in trade/retail marketing, brand marketing or retail concept/design, preferably in the consumer goods and lifestyle industry
12. Deep understanding of retail KPIs, consumer journeys, retail needs, and restrictions
13. Proven experience with leading freelancers and external agencies, ideally in the field of retail design and production
14. Outstanding project management skills and ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously under high pressure
15. Passion for all aspects of retail, paired with executional excellence and attention to detail
16. Experience with online trade marketing is a plus
17. Ambition and flexibility, challenging the status quo with a hands-on, start-up mentality and a collaborative team player approach
18. Excellent English communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with external partners and corporate stakeholders, German language is beneficial, but not mandatory
