YOUR MISSION Define, lead and execute the CRM roadmap for PUMA European eCommerce (25 markets) to drive value for our consumers and business results Drive engagement, retention and consumer centric initiatives. Partner with relevant internal players to champion acquisition opportunities Lead the relationship and oversee/act on the creation and sending of all email marketing communications with our ESP, referral partner program partner and internal teams Lead segmentation and marketing automation roadmap and efforts, using data insights to guide continuous improvement Partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences across brand and commercial moments Lead, develop, mentor own team members, fostering hands on, collaborative and continuous learning culture within the channel and in the broader marketing and e-com team Partner with the Global CRM to develop strategic projects relevant for the European market. YOUR TALENT 5 or more years experience proven track record and results in CRM, loyalty or consumer engagement roles within a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer environment Team management experience Familiarity and high comfort level working in email service providers/CRM platforms and analytics tools (experience with Emarsys is an advantage) Strong Experience with testing design and methodologies, personalization, and marketing automations Strong Experience with audience segmentation Consumer-first mindset with a deep understanding of the digital landscape, innovations, and best practices Proven analytical skills with strong understanding of industry KPIs and ability to translate insights into actions Hands on, Solution-oriented with a penchant for strategic thinking and problem solving Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Experience with omnichannel marketing and integrated consumer journeys Retail, sportswear, or fashion industry experience/interest highly preferred Fluency and work proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.
