! We are looking for a dedicated and motivated apprentice to train as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) at our Celle location, starting August 1, 2026.
Our many years of experience in vocational training and our highly qualified instructors guarantee the successful achievement of your apprenticeship goals. We can proudly look back on 16 years in which Baker Hughes has been represented at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce's (IHK) top-performing awards every year with its various apprenticeship programs. Five of our apprentices have already achieved national top honors. Few other companies in Germany can boast such success. The apprenticeship takes place both in our training workshop and on-site.

Craftsman qualification. During the 3-year apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist, you will learn everything you need to succeed in the following areas:
* Operational handling and monitoring of incoming and outgoing goods (storage & shipping)
* Order picking and packing of goods shipments
* Processing of shipping and accompanying documents
* Continuous implementation of inventory checks and inventory maintenance measures
* Maintenance of material master data with regard to logistical requirements
* Planning, management and control of all warehouse areas
* Continuous analysis and optimization of internal and external organization and processes
* Responsibility for the flow of materials (including recording stock movements in the ERP system)
* Participation in logistical planning and organizational processes (order picking, production planning and control, goods receipt and dispatch processing, warehousing, procurement of raw materials)
