Electrical Energy Transition Specialist
AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Energy Technical Lead to join our growing Energy Transition team in Germany.
* Lead, develop, and implement a comprehensive energy strategy that drives growth and excellence across the energy portfolio, particularly within electrical grid modernization, energy generation, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and heat networks – covering the full project lifecycle.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business development activities and expand the energy transition portfolio.
* Define and execute clear project and program delivery strategies to ensure high-quality projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Skills:
* Strong technical expertise in HV/MV/LV electrical systems.
* Proven experience delivering complex energy projects within the German energy sector.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with authorities, network operators, contractors, and suppliers.
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
