What to expect:
* Rationalization and improvement of production technology as well as warehousing and distribution processes
* Continuous improvement of existing products in cooperation with the technology department and production units
* Ensuring the quality performance of the products used, especially for sensory properties and freshness
* Developing technological and quality improvements for existing products
* Ensuring the industrialization phase of new products
* Coordination of all product development trials up to the industrialization of the products

Who we are looking for:
* Successfully completed degree in food technology or state-certified technician specializing in process engineering
* First professional experience in food production
* Very good knowledge of MS-Office
* First experiences in dealing with databases
* Ability to communicate and work in a team
* Committed, logical and process-oriented approach to work
* Fluency in German and English, knowledge of Italian would be a plus
