Job Summary
As a Turnaround Coordinator (TRC), you ensure that aircraft are efficiently and safely handled on the ground. You monitor all processes related to the aircraft, from loading to coordination with the flight crew, to ensure a timely departure. In this responsible position, you are a vital part of smooth airport operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Independent coordination of operations at the aircraft from arrival to departure.
2. Supervising all ground handling activities in compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Creation and preparation of flight-specific documents.
4. Point of contact for the flight crew during pre- and post-flight preparations, as well as performing administrative tasks.
5. Ensuring safe pathways during boarding and deboarding on the ramp and directing passengers safely at the jet bridge.
Your Profile:
6. Ideally, professional experience in ground handling.
7. Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
8. Flexibility, independence, and teamwork skills.
9. Driver's license class B.
10. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
11. A high level of safety awareness.
12. No criminal record.
