HR Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all personnel data within our core systems.
Key responsibilities include preparing, issuing, and tracking standard documentation such as employment agreements, official letters, and policy acknowledgments. You will also manage initiation and tracking of HR compliance, ensuring adherence to legal requirements of each jurisdiction.
Additionally, you will coordinate logistical aspects of the new hire experience, including system access requests and welcoming activities. You will execute comprehensive offboarding checklists, actively coordinating timely retrieval of assets and system access termination.
To be successful in this role, you should have education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Relevant work experience in an HR or recruiting administrative role is also required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential, as well as experience with HRIS/ATS platforms. Fluency in German and English is necessary, with strong written and spoken skills.
