This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to contribute to a central legal department with a broad and impactful scope.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on complex individual employment law matters.Collaborate with HR on collective labor law topics, including remuneration regulations and pension schemes.Conduct internal training sessions on employment law.Coordinate trademark and domain management.Oversee procurement and contract management, including drafting and negotiating contracts.Lead the legal reporting process across the group, including interfaces with operational risk management.Monitor and implement relevant legal and regulatory changes.Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal legal policies and frameworks.Your ProfileFully qualified lawyer, ideally with a focus on Employment Law.Several years of professional experience in employment law, ideally within a bank, financial institution, corporate legal department, or law firm.Strong legal expertise and a proactive, hands-on approach to advisory work.Fluent in German and English, with legal terminology proficiency; international experience is a plus.Willingness to pursue or maintain registration as an in-house counsel (Syndikusrechtsanwalt) - support provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
