What you´ll do

• Take full ownership of an individual project with strategic business impact – your chance to create the next beauty must-have
• Actively contribute to the innovation process and collaborate closely with other departments and agencies
• Development of concepts and packaging ideas
• Conduct product performance, competition and strategic market analysis
• Gain detailed insights into the exciting world of hairdressing and cosmetics

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully completed the first semesters of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-related field 
• Fluent English skills required 
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently
• Eager to join a dynamic marketing team while contributing fresh insight
• Available for a six-month internship starting in July 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
