Receptionist Job
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Memmingen. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and customers.
Your duties will include:
* Friendly reception and customer service
* Operating the switchboard: answering, forwarding, and processing incoming calls
* Handling mail, coordinating the receipt and dispatch of letters and packages
* Organizing and hosting events and meetings
* Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence
* Assisting with training, induction, and internal events
* Maintaining the reception area and ensuring a professional appearance
* Providing general office support and assisting with special tasks
Requirements
To be successful as a Receptionist, you will need:
* A commercial education or extensive experience in this field
* Self-motivation and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive approach
