Your tasks
7. Leadership and motivation of the maintenance team as well as professional coordination of external service providers.
8. Ensuring the technical availability, safety and GDP compliance of all facilities and infrastructure at the site.
9. Planning and monitoring of the maintenance budget as well as development of investment concepts for mechanics and PLT.
10. Management of projects involving modifications, extensions or new construction of technical facilities.
11. Conducting systematic vulnerability analyses for process optimization and cost minimization.
12. Ensuring legally compliant plant inspections and maintenance of technical documentation.
Your profile
13. Successfully completed technical university degree.
14. At least 10 years of professional experience in managing an automated industrial environment .
15. Sound knowledge of GDP-regulated processes and experience with regulatory inspections.
16. Strong leadership skills and experience in project management .
17. Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
18. Willingness to take on responsibility and to cooperate across departments.
