Your Contribution to CYBEX
1. You post electronic bank statements daily and allocate payments to open items
2. You manage national and international claims with confidence and accuracy
3. You perform credit assessments for customers and monitor incoming payments
4. You keep track of outstanding bills and take charge of the dunning process
5. You define and implement actions to collect overdue payments
6. You manage credit limits and monitor credit limit insurance
7. You collaborate closely with the CRM team on all related topics
8. You actively contribute to continuous process improvements in the Accounts Receivable (A/R) area
Your Profile
9. You have experience in accounting, ideally in accounts receivable management
10. You’re familiar with preparing financial reports
11. You’re proficient in accounting software (preferably SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel
12. You communicate fluently in both German and English
13. You work in a solution-oriented, structured, and precise manner
14. You enjoy working in a team and thrive in a collaborative environment
15. You’re an experienced team player who motivates and guides others with empathy
16. You bring excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality to everything you do
This position is in part time ( hours per week).
