To strengthen our team in Winnenden as soon as possible, we are looking for a
Senior Demand Planner (f/m/d)
Your role:
* Develop sales forecasts for 24-month periods using trend and demand analyses
* Drive the monthly EMEA Milwaukee NPI reviews
* Facilitate cross-functional demand reviews, ensuring alignment and documenting risks/mitigations
* Communicate forecasts and insights to management
* Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy
* Analyze sales, inventory and profitability, making recommendations to key stakeholders (f/m/d) to manage the Milwaukee portfolio and maximize profitability
* Collaborate with Milwaukee supply teams on PSI planning by key vendor (f/m/d)
* Support supply chain and IT in delivering training on tools and processes
Your profile:
* Extensive experience in demand planning
* Solid knowledge of S & OP processes
* Experience in working with supply chain systems as a key user (f/m/d)
* Proven experience in cross-functional project teams
* Good presentation skills, especially in addressing senior leadership
* Willingness to occasionally travel across Europe
