As part of our Inorganic Colors R&D team, you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing new products for the automotive and architectural glazing sectors. This is a hands-on lab-based role ideal for early-career scientists eager to grow in a collaborative, international environment. Main tasks: Design, conduct and evaluate complex lab trials for current R&D projects Characterize materials using various analytical methods such as SEM, XRD, XRF, thermal analysis, rheometry Optimize processes by evaluating raw materials, products and test methods Adapt products and technical solutions to meet customer specifications Cooperate closely with colleagues and production facilities worldwide to support existing products or implement newly developed ones Document, interpret, and present test results and ideas both internally and externally Required Skills: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Inorganic Chemistry or a related technical field.
