Your Responsibilities
* Reviewing and evaluating online content according to client guidelines
* Assessing reported potentially inappropriate or offensive postings
* Ensuring compliance with service and quality standards
* Back-office work only (no phone support or customer calls)
* Contributing to a safe and positive user experience in the digital space
Your profile
* Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level, written and spoken – mandatory)
* Very good English skills (required for training and international communication)
* Strong ability to quickly understand and apply guidelines
* Good decision-making skills and sound judgment
* High awareness of cultural, social, and political contexts in the German-speaking region
* Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system
* Full-time availability (minimum 35 hours/week)
* Residence in the greater Dortmund area
