Your mission We are looking for a DevOps engineer capable to design, implement and oversee the IT infrastructure in compliance with the architecture roadmap. The key principles for our solutions are that everything is automated, encrypted, monitored, and provided as code. In order to follow these principles, you will establish the appropriate DevOps patterns for the development, deployment and maintenance of existing & new infrastructure services. Therefore, you will leverage managed cloud solutions & platform services wherever it is possible. Your responsibilities Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Architect, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable production clusters for our services, ensuring reliability and performance. Containerization & Orchestration: Develop and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, following best practices for microservices architecture. CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery with automated testing, deployment, and rollback strategies. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Establish and enforce IaC principles using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi, ensuring reproducibility and efficient resource management. Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices into all DevOps processes, ensuring encrypted communication, secrets management, and compliance with industry standards. Monitoring & Incident Response: Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog) to proactively detect and mitigate system issues. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of infrastructure solutions, DevOps workflows, and best practices to support seamless collaboration across teams. Your profile Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 3 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure design and operations. Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in production environments. Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi). Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance standards. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog). Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing habits. Fluent in English; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
