MUZE Hotel Düsseldorf has become the first hotel in Germany to join Accor’s Handwritten Collection. Our contemporary boutique hotel effortlessly blends playful elegance with functional aesthetics, showcasing a modern Mid-Century interior design and a curated collection of bold, contemporary art. Located in the vibrant Pempelfort district, the hotel is the perfect base for both business and leisure travellers. MUZE Hotel Düsseldorf – Handwritten Collection features 60 stylish rooms across seven floors, ranging from Classic Rooms to Junior Suites with Balconies (13-28 sqm). Each room is designed to provide the perfect balance of aesthetics, functionality, and comfort, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Chromecast Smart TVs, WiFi, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee machines. For business meetings and creative discussions, the Hangout Boardroom offers an inspiring space for up to 18 people, featuring ample natural light, air conditioning, and cutting-edge technology, including a 65-inch touch flatscreen.

Venerie Bar is the is more than a bar, a place where you feel at home and lose track of time with inspiring conversations and carefully crafted drinks with colleagues or friends. In the mornings we serve at the bar a delicious breakfast with locally sourced fresh products hand-picked from the best suppliers.


Job Description

As the Front Office Supervisor, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that all visitors and clients receive a warm welcome and outstanding service. You will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, manage a team of front office staff, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.


Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a similar role for at least for 1 year, or least 2 years on a Receptionist / Front Agent position

2. Working Experience in a Chain is a plus

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Positive demeanor and passion for the hotel industry

5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

6. Proficiency in MS Office, Opera Cliud, Outlook

7. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise

8. A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

9. Fluent in both German and English (additional languages are a plus)
