Your Key Responsibilities
* Supporting various projects within the context of the strategic people development, qualification and learning, and diversity, equity and inclusion
* Preparing of decision-proposals and communicating materials, e.g., presentations, analysis and assessments
* Receiving insights into content creation and supporting maintenance the intranet pages for internal communications
* Concept-creation and support in facilitation
* Assisting in the organization of events and team workshops
* Working closely with colleagues from across the Region Europe
Your Qualifications
* Studies in the field of economics and social sciences or a related field of study with a focus on human resources
* Competent handling of MS-Office applications
* Advanced English skills
* Capacity to “think outside the box”, commitment and flexibility
* Independent, responsible and customer-oriented way of working
* Strong communication and collaborative skills as well as organizational talent
