[Role Summary]
We are looking for an energetic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead digital marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. This position requires a creative individual with 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, a passion for technology, and an understanding of the PC DIY, gaming, or luxury consumer electronics markets, especially focus on the German market. The role demands someone who can manage social media platforms, accelerate brand growth, maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators, and support product launches with compelling press releases. You will also be responsible for analyzing brand traffic and consumer preferences, optimizing advertising strategies using big data, and developing go-to-market strategies that position our products effectively. While a passion for building DIY PCs or PC gaming is preferred.
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Develop and implement regional digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth, focusing on the EMEA region with expertise in the German market.
2. Manage social media platforms to grow brand fans, foster community engagement, and promote brand awareness.
3. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders in the tech and gaming industries to amplify brand messaging.
4. Write and distribute press releases for product launches, brand updates, and key announcements, ensuring consistent and effective communication with the media and the public.
5. Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring successful launches and optimized market penetration.
6. Analyze brand traffic, user preferences, and consumer behavior to refine digital marketing strategies and optimize engagement.
7. Leverage deep knowledge of the German market to create tailored marketing strategies that resonate with local consumers, particularly in the DIY PC and high-performance PC.
8. Campaign Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
9. Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the overall brand strategy, maintaining premium positioning for luxury PC hardware.
[Qualifications]
1. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the PC DIY, gaming, or luxury consumer electronics sectors.
2. Native German speaker with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging and innovative digital campaigns.
4. Passion for technology, especially in DIY PC building, gaming or consumer electronics.
5. Proven track record in managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.), growing online communities, and increasing brand awareness.
6. Experience in building and maintaining successful relationships with influencers, content creators, and online communities.
7. Skilled in preparing press releases for product launches and brand announcements.
8. Proficient in using analytics tools to monitor brand traffic, consumer behavior, and campaign performance.
9. Deep understanding of the German market, specifically for gaming PCs, DIY PC products, and luxury electronics.
10. Ability to create and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and campaigns.
11. A passionate for PC gaming or DIY PC building is preferred.
