Our client is seeking an Associate to join their Private Equity team in Munich. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic investment team with a strong track record across multiple sectors.
Key Requirements:
* Background: Preferably with experience in Investment Banking or Management Consulting.
* Location: Ideally based in Munich or willing to relocate.
* Language: Fluency in German is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, modeling, and investment research.
* Support deal execution, including due diligence and transaction structuring.
* Collaborate with portfolio companies to drive strategic initiatives and value creation.
* Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

* Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
