Job Overview


This Senior Business Development Manager role involves driving growth by sourcing and managing new clients, negotiating opportunities, and promoting activity internally and externally.



* Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to expand the business portfolio.

* Generate new revenue streams through proactive client acquisition and account management.

* Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with clients and service providers.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.



Key Responsibilities:

* Drive sales initiatives to meet revenue targets.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued growth.

* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement business strategies.



Requirements:

* Hold a degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (minimum BAC +5).

* Speak fluent English and French.

* Possess at least 10 years of experience in the banking/fund industry.
