About the Role:
As a Dealer Network Development Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and expanding the dealer network, ensuring strong market coverage and sustainable business growth. Your role will focus on strengthening dealership performance, implementing strategic development initiatives, and driving operational excellence across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for dealer network expansion and optimization
Identify new dealership opportunities and support market entry planning
Monitor dealer performance and provide guidance to improve profitability and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with corporate standards, operational guidelines, and brand identity within the dealership network
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and aftersales, to support dealer development initiatives
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for network improvement
Oversee dealer contracts, agreements, and compliance with corporate policies
Support digital transformation and innovation within dealership operations
Your Profile:
Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field
Several years of experience in dealer network development or automotive retail operations
Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset for network planning
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Understanding of dealership business models and operational requirements
Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems relevant to dealer operations
