Commercial Sales Director Position profile This position will focus on developing and executing high-level sales strategies to attract key accounts and forge long-term partnerships with government- and military accounts, university hospitals and medical board/chambers. A close collaboration with our Enterprise Account team (group purchasing organizations (GPOs)). A deep understanding of the client's business and strategic needs is required as the Commercial Sales Director collaborates closely with T&E Leaders across Europe to drive growth by aligning region/country strategies with BUu00b4s and enabling functions to ensure that our product and service offerings align with the strategic goals of our customers. Job Description Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers. Identifies, develops and supports new sales opportunities together with our regional sales organization. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies. This is a highly specialized individual contributor role that requires deep expertise from a professional / technical thought leader in their respective field or discipline. This role is accountable for driving business value by unlocking new product opportunities through building sustainable excellence in market access and pricing. Key Activities & Accountabilities Commercial Sales Director is part of the European T&E Leadership Team and will unite countries, BUu00b4s and enabling functions aligned with the various business projects and priorities. Establish and expand relationships with C-Suite, Senior Supply Chain/Sourcing Executive and Medical Association within targeted customers and geographic markets that provide a competitive advantage for T&E Europe Responsible to drive the value propositions to key customer groups (University Teaching Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Private and Public Purchasing groups). Lead the commercial activities to all government account whilst building synergies that bring the best of Stryker T&E to our customers. Education & Special Trainings MBA. or M.Sc. from accredited university required. Advanced Degree preferred. Compensation Grade: 15.
