Hankook Tire Europe GmbH is searching for HR Generalist (m/f/d)
What you will do
* Support managers on performance evaluations, feedback, and goal setting.
* Support with Europe-wide annual salary reviews and incentive programs.
* Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior management.
* Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Support with recruiting process and support of new employees until successful integration
* Contract and reference letter management, maintenance of personnel files and HR systems
* Manage events and health initiatives
What we are looking for
* Degree in Human Resources or equivalent education/training (or comparable professional experience).
* Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in a similar role.
* Ability to act as a trusted sparring partner for management.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
* Hands-on mentality with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Fluency in English and German (Korean language skills are a plus).
* Enjoyment of working in an international and diverse environment.
