About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management and Strategy: Manage a dedicated client set and define, confirm and communicate the value of IBM's Data technology at both the technical and business level.
* Solution Definition and Proof of Concept Delivery: Learn and employ Data solution-selling techniques to identify and engage decision makers and influencers, qualify business opportunities, and respond to clients' needs.
* Credibility Building and Trust: Establish credibility and trust with clients, which is essential for closing complex technology deals.
* Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process and ensure delivery against KPIs, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
As part of your role, you will work closely with clients to understand their challenges and develop strategic plans to address them. You will also lead use case exploration and business framing workshops, develop client value realization models, and create post-deployment customer success plans to continually increase post-launch, active user adoption of IBM's products.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
* Analytical skills with a focus on using data for decision-making and achieving positive business outcomes.
* Team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work across multiple functions and levels within the organization.
