Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation in a BPM tool or low-code platform. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives, streamlining processes, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
•Program Management:
•Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
•Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
•Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
•Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
•Process Improvement:
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
•Analyze current processes and design innovative solutions using the BPM tool or low-code platform.
•Lead process reengineering efforts to optimize workflows and improve operational performance.
•Platform Adoption:
•Develop and execute a comprehensive solution based on the program charter.
•Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the platform.
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging the use of the platform for process automation and digital transformation.
•Team Management:
•Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of technical experts, business analysts, and project managers.
•Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
•Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project objectives.
•Required Skills and Experience:
•Proven experience in program management, preferably in a BPM or low-code platform environment.
•Strong understanding of business process management concepts, methodologies, and tools.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
•Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
•Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
•Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for process improvement and digital transformation.
•Experience with low-code development platforms or BPM tools is a plus.
