Scrum Master
Location: Luxembourg Onsite

Kepler Search is currently working with a highly reputable financial institution in Luxembourg who are searching for a consultant to support them.
You will be responsible for:
* Ensuring the company reaches agile maturity.
* Coach the team on scrum practices and ensure scrum ceremonies are facilitated (sprints, stand ups, sprint review, and retrospective).
* Work closely with the Product Owner’s to ensure backlogs are managed.
* Track and monitor team performance and provide insights for improvements.
* Ensure regulatory, compliance and governance standards are met.
Skills Required:
* Minimum 4 years working experience within a similar role, preferably within the financial services.
* Scrum Master certified.
* Great understanding of agile frameworks such as Kanban or Scrum.
* Experience with using agile tools for tracking performance.
* English speaking required, French or German speaking is considered an asset.
