What we ask
1. Academic working and thinking level; master degree in (international) business, marketing, strategic management or finance
2. 5-7 years working experience, preferably within marketing, business development, sales, category management
3. Strong communication and networking skills (proficient in spoken and written English and German)
4. Proactive, result-oriented and data driven mentality
5. Strong analytical and category development skills, and proven track record in data driven improvement initiatives
6. Excellent social and influencing skills; internally and externally (at customer)
7. Dare to challenge and eager to learn self-starter
8. Understanding basic business financials
9. Proficient knowledge of PowerBI and excellent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
