As a Data Analyst (m/f/d), you will be part of our Operations Team at our headquarters in Immenstadt im Allgäu. The Operations Team coordinates and optimizes all business processes at Outdooractive, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Development, and Management. Acting as an interface between the various departments and IT, the team ensures that our systems and processes are optimally aligned with our business objectives. Through data-driven insights and analyses, you will create real added value and drive the continuous development of Outdooractive.
Your new job at Outdooractive
* You will develop, maintain, and optimize data models, reports, dashboards, and presentations in Power BI.
* You consolidate and visualize management information from various data sources.
* You work closely with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making processes.
* You will design and develop scalable data architectures and models based on Microsoft Fabric and independently further develop our Power BI project.
* You prepare and present analyses and results for different target groups.
How you can convince us of your abilities
* You have a completed degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science or a similar field.
* You have several years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or statistics.
* You have very good knowledge of Python, R and SQL.
* You have in-depth experience with Power BI as well as with modern data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift).
* You analyze complex issues and derive recommendations for action from them.
* You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a spirit of innovation and a solution-oriented approach.
* You are a team player, have strong communication skills and are assertive.
* Ideally, you have experience with statistical modeling, cloud technologies, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), server-side tracking, DevOps, and data governance.
* You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
