Job Summary HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and mission‑driven professional to support strategic space domain integration, providing SPACEFOREUR‑AF with SME support for developing operational and strategic senior leadership recommendations concerning space effects. This role involves analyzing PMESII factors that influence military strategy, operational planning, and the impact of domestic and foreign policy on space operations. The candidate will coordinate and integrate space capabilities into Operational Plans (OPLANS), Execution Orders (EXORDS), crisis action planning, and Concept Plan (CONPLAN) development. Responsibilities Analyze PMESII factors influencing military and political strategy, the planning and execution of military operations, and the impact of domestic and foreign policy on space domain integration within the AOR. Coordinate, support, and integrate space effects or capabilities into the development of Operational Plans, Execution Orders, and crisis action planning orders documentation, as well as Operational Planning Team membership and Concept Plan re‑writes. Provide JMDMP planning and operations support for the development, planning, coordination, management, and execution of space operations to meet theater objectives. Provide operational, exercise, engagement planning, and SME support to identify and integrate space into all domain operations. Provide SME support to Space Force clients in associated planning conferences and capabilities in planning sessions. Provide support integrating space equities into core Combatant Command planning documents such as OPLANS, CONPLANS, and others that support campaign and contingency plans. Assist in increasing Joint Staff overall understanding of space domain and effects employment. Qualifications 6 years relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field; or high school diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. 6+ years experience in military planning at the headquarters level or higher, including Joint Staff or CCMD. Experience with space strategic planning and operations. Experience in the Joint Planning Process (JPP) or Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP). Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and military‑specific planning software. Knowledge of national security strategy and military doctrine. Ability to develop and analyze strategic, operational, and campaign plans. Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Preferred Associate’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of recent specialized experience; or recognized major industry certification with at least 7 years of recent specialized experience; or a total of 11 years of recent specialized experience without a degree or certification. Experience in the CCMD area of operations. Experience with security cooperation programs and their applicability. Knowledge of military design and planning.Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS. Ability to present component command equities at planning conferences and OPAs. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Master’s degree in Military Science or International Affairs. Completion of Service or Joint Intermediate, or Senior‑level Professional Military Education. Completion of the JFC 200 Authorities Course. Joint Planner Certification.
