We're now looking for an associate-middle level Technical Service Engineer, this position is full-time and hybrid, with at least 3 days working from our Düsseldorf office.
Your challenges:
1. Responsible for handling inbound calls from EcoFlow end consumers of expandable home battery solution products;
2. Responsible for handling customer support and technical-support related questions of customers and partners;
3. Responsible for the service satisfaction rate of EcoFlow hotline technical service;
4. Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer;
5. Responsible for ensuring contact resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality in every customer interaction;
6. Help customers with information about the products and services, using relevant call handling protocols outlined in the EcoFlow internal service procedures;
7. Assist customers or escalate service-related issues to the appropriate department in accordance to the client’s processes and procedures;
8. Ensure compliance to customer Data Privacy and Security Policy;
9. Communicate positively with EcoFlow team members, customers, and other clients and partners.
Your profile includes:
1. 3+ years working experience as technical service engineers, previous working experience in solar panels, power storage, batteries electrical tools companies is preferred;
2. Possess excellent communication skills in both German and English, able to maintain effective communication with both EcoFlow teams and clients' side;
3. Electrical engineering degree is preferred;
4. Proficient in using tools such as MS Word, Excel, Visio and etc;
5. Self-driven, prudent, patient, able to work on-site independently;
6. Work well under only general supervision;
7. Fluency in additional European languages considered a plus.
