Job Description:
The primary objective of this Compliance Manager role is to ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT) regulations within the Luxembourg financial sector. As a seasoned expert, you will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing our clients' mandates in accordance with Luxembourg's AML/CFT laws and regulations.

* Act as Responsible for Compliance (RC) for appointed client mandates
* Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures relating to AML/CFT
* Perform ongoing risk assessment and due diligence on clients
* Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities regarding AML/CFT obligations
* Carry out oversight of transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, and maintain record-keeping
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in AML/CFT compliance
* Strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg and EU AML/CFT legislation
* Demonstrable experience acting as RC or Deputy RC in a PSF or similar regulated entities
* University degree in Law, Finance, Business, or relevant field
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
