Kpi definition and steeringre Design existing loyalty programs to global standards, adapt global loyalty program to local needs Utilize results of & deriver corrective actions from cust. Satisf. Barometer SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES Define kpis on lifecycle management incl. Oc/touchpoint usage (in alignment with other reg. Customer lifecycle managers and w. Global) Pilot initiatives to improve customer lifetime value (w. Local segment mgmt, sales and in alignment with other reg. Customer lifecycle managers and w.
