This is the role
As our Partnership Manager UK for our retail Brand Berlin Acoustics, you will be responsible for building up and developing strategic relationships with office furniture retailers in the UK.
This means you need to make sure, that,...
* We build up a network of great office furniture retailers in the UK
* We live the right communication structure with our BA retailer incl. regular personal meetings
* We are present at regular events and other activities for our retail partner (exhibitions,...)
* We assist our retailers in identifying and pitching for joint business opportunities (tenders)
* We constantly collect feedback and have a close ear to the market to always know what we can improve
* We reach revenue targets by generating business in the assigned accounts as well as the attainment of new accounts, ultimately through up- and cross-sales
* We implement the right sales & marketing strategies across all relevant markets
* We do an outstanding delivery and customer success job to maximize the satisfaction of our retail partners
Requirements
* Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Key Account Management and/or Partner Management
* Great communication and interpersonal skills - ability and experience in talking and negotiating with C-Level
* Ability and joy to build up a new business (transforming the chaos into a scalable business model)
* Strategic thinking, always with a long-term view
* Ability and joy in solving problems for and with our retail partners
* Willingness to travel regularly
* English on native level is a must
