Ausgewählte Qualifikationen:
* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs- oder Wirtschaftspädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaften, Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Konzeptionelles Arbeiten und Erfahrungen im Veranstaltungsmanagement
* Grundständige Technikaffinität bzw. Lernbereitschaft in Bezug auf unsere Veranstaltungsmanagement- und Webinar-Software
* Fokussierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
* Lösungsorientiertes Denken und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
* Gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office-Produkten (speziell Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
