As a Flight Control Design Engineer, you develop and assess flight control laws for manned and unmanned aircraft, creating models, designing control paths, and supporting simulation and test activities. If you enjoy precision engineering and dynamic system design, we’d be happy to hear from you.
Conduct all tasks related to flight control law design and assessment for manned and unmanned aircraft
Prepare flight dynamics models
Perform linear feedback and command path design
Execute non‑linear and care‑free handling design
Conduct unit testing of control law elements
Assess design solutions in both time and frequency domains
Perform manned simulations
Document design solutions and assessment outcomes
Support other departments (e.g., Simulation, Flight Test) with flight control law topics

Profil
Master’s degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering
At least 2 years of engineering experience
Strong knowledge of flight control, flight mechanics, and control law design
English at negotiation level ; German skills are an advantage
Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is required
Programming skills preferred in Fortran, C, or Python
