If you thrive in fast-changing environments and bring visionary thinking to commercial challenges, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Do:Lead Large Salesforces: Direct and develop multi-layered teams to exceed ambitious targets.Deliver Profitable Growth: Implement value-based selling and sophisticated strategic account development; your success is measured by profitable, sustainable results—not just volume.Drive Innovation: Champion innovation across hybrid sales and marketing models, bringing creativity and effectiveness to everything you do.Strategize New Launches: Shape and execute commercial strategies for new product launches, leveraging at least 5 years’ strategic experience from various organizations.Engage Key Stakeholders: Leverage a deep understanding of pharmacy and doctor engagement to build enduring partnerships across the market.Operational Leadership: Operate cross-functionally and globally, collaborating effectively in both German and English.Your Experience & Skills:Leadership: Substantial experience leading sizeable salesforces in pharmaceuticals (min. 10 years), with direct exposure to the German market.Portfolio Breadth: Proven expertise across generics, OTC, Rx, and innovative therapeutics.Innovation Champion: Ability to rethink and reinvent sales and marketing approaches through innovative, hybrid strategies.Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated history of value-based selling and developing high-value strategic accounts.Market Knowledge: In-depth insight into pharmacy dynamics and doctor engagement pathways in Germany.Strategic Mindset: At least 5 years’ experience shaping commercial strategy, ideally in multiple leading organizations.Language Skills: Fluent German and English, with the ability to operate confidently in global, cross-functional teams.Agile Leadership: Flexible, pragmatic and accountable leadership style, adept at navigating complex, evolving environments.This is an unrivalled opportunity to make a significant impact within a high-growth organization.
