Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today

Your Responsibilities
* You are responsible for maintaining and developing our operational controlling with a focus on cost accounting
* You actively participate in financial projects and take on their management
* You carry out budget and forecast calculations as well as target/actual deviation analyses
* You ensure reporting standards and processes
* You act as a sparring partner for business management issues
Your Profile
* You have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance or comparable qualifications
* You have relevant professional experience in the area of cost and performance accounting
* You are proficient in using MS Office and ideally have experience with MS Business Central
* You have a very good knowledge of German and a good knowledge of written and spoken English
* You have a strong understanding of business contexts, a high affinity for numbers, and a proactive and structured way of working
* You are open-minded, a strong communicator, and enjoy teamwork
