This role is critical to identifying key markets and decision-makers, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth, converting competitive business, and supporting our global marketing and sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop key market opportunities and strategic decision-makersMaintain and grow existing accounts while proactively targeting and converting competitive businessContribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies within assigned geographic or market areasEstablish and manage distribution networks and/or direct sales accountsProvide ongoing support to distribution partners including product training, marketing tools, promotional programs, and feedback to help meet performance goalsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory mandates and international standardsDeliver exceptional customer service and maintain a deep understanding of market needsPrepare annual sales forecasts and manage related budgets and expensesQualifications:Based in Germany with the ability to travel up to 60%Proven experience in sales, business development, or account managementStrong communication and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of international guidelines, compliance standards, and market dynamicsSelf-driven, results-oriented, and highly organizedBachelor's degree required.Master's degree preferred.Minimum 5 years' experience in sales on similar roleExperience within microbiology preferred.Distributor management experience preferred.Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce or other) preferred.The ability to read and write English.If you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and are passionate about building strong partnerships to drive business success, we encourage you to apply.Who is Microbiologics?Microbiologics is one of the fastest growing international biotechnology companies in the nation.
